Roof Replacement
Remove all existing roofing material down to bare roof decking, if any wood is damaged or rotten it will be replaced. Install ice and watershield leak protector along all eaves 6ft, along all valleys, all walls and around any obstructions. Install synthetic underlayment on all remaining roof decking so whole roof is 100% covered and no bare wood is present. Install shingles that homeowner and contractor decided on, new vents and plumbing stack flashings.
Snow and Ice damming removal
Ice damming on your roof occurs from an inadequate roofing ventilation system and the outcomes can cause severe damage.

Wind damage repairs
Remove damaged shingles and any loose nails in problem area/areas. Clean roof deck and make sure its bare and free from any debris. Install proper leak barrier and re-shingle area/areas with same existing materials.
Chimney flashings
Remove all existing shingles and flashings down to bare roof decking. Install proper leak barrier around all sides of chimney, apply new shingles and step flashing. Last and final step is installing counter flashing, installation procedures on counter flashings vary with the slop of the roof.
New shingles with match existing roofing material and colour on home.
Counter flashings will match the fascia and/or eaves trough unless customer chooses otherwise.
